From our Tandoori
A Tandoori is a cylindrical clay oven fired by hardwood charcoal. This design allows our chef to cook special Indian breads on the walls of the oven and to barbecue skewers of meat at the same time. All Tandoori dishes are marinated overnight in a special yoghurt mixture. These dishes are served with rice and vegetables.
